These Terms of Use of Edva Beauty apply when making a purchase from Edva beauty online shop. The seller of the products (hereafter: seller) is Edva Beauty.

The terms apply between all persons (hereafter: client) and the seller to all legal relations arising through the purchase of products from Edva Beauty. The seller has a right to unilaterally change and renew the terms, publishing the new terms at www.edvabeauty.com . The client is able to familiarize himself with the conditions prior to the purchase and the client agrees to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy when purchasing from the online shop. In addition, the applicable laws in the United Kingdom apply when purchasing from an online shop.


Placing an order

Orders can be placed on our website. The client selects out the products from the online shop and adds them to the shopping cart. The client fills out the necessary fields (first and last name, e-mail, telephone, company name and address), chooses the shipping and payment method  and places the order.

All the prices in the online shop are in pounds (£) and include a 20% British VAT.


Paying for the order

The customer selects the products wanted, adds them to the cart and proceeds the checkout where they can select the payment method. Once the payment is confirmed, the customer received an order confirmation in their email inbox. 

Delivery of goods

The seller will complete and post the order after receiving the full purchase sum. Orders are posted on weekdays (Mon-Fri). Orders are not posted on UK National Holidays. Orders paid on the business day before 14.00  are posted on the same day. In case the seller fails to complete the client's order with selected products, the seller contacts the client to agree on the replacement or compensation of the product.

Online, mail and phone order sales

Online, mail, and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling*’.

We will offer a refund to customers if they’ve told us within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told us. 

We will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. You do not have to provide a reason.

Proof of purchase

We ask the customer for proof that they bought an item from us, a sales receipt or other evidence such as a bank statement. 

Items returned by someone other than the buyer

We only accept returns from the person who bought the item

Accepting returns and giving refunds: the law

We offer a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it’s supposed to.

We do not offer a refund to a customer if:

- You damaged an item by trying to repair it yourself or getting someone else to do it 

- no longer want an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or color) unless you bought it without seeing it
